Job Description

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm to find an experienced Legal Executive Assistant. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development in a professional legal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing legal documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for attorneys.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage communication with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings and case preparation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting.
  • Heavy exposure supporting a C-Suite or equivalent member in a 1:1 executive support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, first shift.
